G/Day well all the resin primer is on now so i will start the engine hatch and get that finished then fair that to the deck, starting to put the steering cables and pulley's in also do the deck bow piece............ John

G/Day well last timber goal to be kicked the engine hatch is finished, now to sand and fair to the rest of the deck the epoxy seal to stabilise the timber.......John

I love the way it's coming together, particularly the contrasting wood on top.

...I'm also a little jealous with how quickly you're moving along while still maintaining some excellent quality! I've been working on mine for almost 10 years...

As you're getting close to the finishing touches now, I guess it's your winter coming up but are you planning to launch in the "upcoming" summer? Or is the plan to get it launched before this one is really over?

I *would* say don't rush it, because then you'll be done the building which is the fun part...but of course you can always start another one after this one so that's not really an issue :D

Great work all around, thanks for an inspiring build John.

G/Day Denon yes we are coming into winter the night worry me but if we have good days i can continue, i will be looking at launching in late September, ok did the small hatch and finished with 8 coats of varnish over the resin came up pretty good no bugs found it, also completed the floor plates out of Mahogany just sand and resin now so that is the wood work finished ....John
