I have read that people pin strip their lines using this tool by Beugler

Then you epoxy / varnish over it till its flat and you cant feel the pin stripe.

There is also striping vinyl: something like this

Thanks Jim! That pinstripe tool looks like a possibility. I'm trying to envision the boat with a darker wood stain, below water line painted Navy and Navy blue seats. Just trying to find a way to incorporate the Navy into the deck as well.

Navy blue seats in the sun? I suggest re-thinking that.

Besides, if the seats aren't being sat on by wet skiers/tubers it would likely be just the wife and myself cruising. When the boat is out of the water at the lake the cockpit/passenger compartment will be covered to keep leaves and such out of it. The glass is always half full.

Hey guy and gals Matt got me to thinking. I am determined to use a Navy/dark blue seat and I'm pretty sure I could live with the hot vinyl but I am in Texas and heat amd sun is one thing we have alot of. What do y'all think about the Bella Dura Marine fabric? The literature shows it to be almost impervious to the elements. That along with open cell fast dry antimicrobial seat foam.

Cloth would be much cooler on your delicate parts. You may want a Bimini top. You can get a 3-bow on Amazon for a pretty good price.
