 thank you all for your wishes. a update on what is going on the night before we was going to leave. I checked my bank account and found that my back retiremnet check had came in so we changed our travil plans and flew to Ohio. once here we have been taking care of the nessary stuff that needs to be done in the process it was decussed what to do with our farm here in ohio mainlly only reseason we keep it this long is for my father. It has been desided that the farm with all of its hards woods is to be sold. so anybody in the market for a 167 acer farm in ohio with hardwood trees it will be on market in a few mounths. since we are selling the farm it means we must clear out anything that we want to keep. mind you I flew here where as my brothers drove. I was going to rent a truck and drive it back with a lot of the shop equipment I had here on the farm. after checking the cost of the rential I went to local dodge dealer to see what they had in a good truck. well I found one in real good condition cheep. less than what i could rent a truck for so I bought it. I will be bring more shop equipment and more wood among other things to Utah.  now more than ever I am going to need a new shop. the shop here is large enought to build the Jubilee inside with out problem the or to run a auto repair busness 8) only item that is missing is the car lift. but on any case some time next week we will be driving across country with what i can fit in the truck and any thing else will be sold off. any of you in the ohio area there is some heavy equipment that will be sold contact number is 419 883 2469 ask for alex Hughes. As long as I am here I have acess to the computer but once I start to travel I will be out of contact. thanks agian for all your wishes 8)

8) Thank you all for the good wishing and prayer this must have hit me hard because I don't remember posting my post before this one it but it is true and correct and had thought of post something like it so I must have done it. return trip to Utah went good thought about all off you as I was driving across country. but just didn't have time to stop. I picked up all the seasoned cured lumber I had and picked up all the equipment I could carry in one pick up. I still haven't checked out what I brought back. I know I did bring all my welder I figured I would need them to build or modify a trailer to my use. when things settle down I will go house shopping and get moved and building. now for the long process of catching up on my reading of the forum

 A up date on my build my money problems have been solved and in fact swung in other direction I will have cash that i will have to invest in to property or cd's or spend so I don't lose my retirement. My farm is to be sold and cash split 3 ways with my brothers. my problem now is where to continue my build, that may be solved if we can get the house we looked at today. my shop tools just increased drastically after my trip to the farm I brought the rest of my hard woods and the rest of my shop tools I had there or at least the ones I wanted. I brought back 3 welders and various hand tools and bench tools. So once I get to set my shop up I should only have to replace worn out tools some of what I have is very old but have given me many years of good usage. 8) I did just miss out on getting my downer boat it was just being pulled out of the drive way when I called on it. it had a 300 hp v8 with a alpa2 out drive and full set of gauges and the works it sold for 550.00 oh well the end of boating season is getting close here and they will be a lot on sale after season.

Wow, with all those trials, it's nice to see that you have worked through all of them. It seems at times that life is determined to get in your way and prevent you from doing what you really want to be doing. Glad to hear that it's starting to get better.

When you get your boat completed, you will definitely have some stories to tell about how you managed it. Take care.

 brief update what has been going on on my build. still waiting on court to release the farm so it can be sold. once done I will be having shop and house remodeled than I can get serious again on my build. Seems like the government State and federal don't want me to build it. but this makes me more determined to do it. 8) I am in the process of clearing out my storage shed where my building materials and shop equipment is stored and bring it to the build site  the farm would be a good deal for some body want a big shop and plenty of hard woods and 2 fishing ponds It is located at 2134 freed rd butler Ohio if interested contact 4198332469 167 acres

wow. that looks way too nice/clean to be a donor. ;) (well except for that fugly windshield)
I guess it all depends on the condition of the motor.

good luck!

the interior is shot and rotted the guy who has it doesn't even know if it runs he does have title though :( :roll:boat looking that good is normal around here if you check the site link and look at the other boats there you will see. but it is a pain because some you just can't know if there is anything wrong with them and right now is a good time to get them here but we have about 2 foot of snow on ground and still coming down. :(
