What are the holes? lift handles for one person handling of ply,or scuppers?

The wings are solid. I got a good work out taking them up and down to shape them. The holes are scuppers. It's a self bailing deck.

Finally something that shows! I've been fairing the bottom putting in backers where the "wings" bolt through and making a hell of a mess. Now I finally have started filling in that hole in the bottom.

The shoulder is almost completely back. I do limit myself to 12 oz. beers though.
