I just heard from Ian Bell. He had talked with Old Aussie, Jamie's dad. They're fine. No structural damage. They have some tree damage and a messed up yard.

hi all, we sure have had some wild weather lately , 8 months of heat a earthquake two cyclones floods hope for cool weather soon,
the eye off the storm passed over us as a cat 4 , 500 houses were damaged some completely destroyed, the great thing about it was
very few injuries and no loss of life. that proves that people are better prepaired for these storms.....

Very nice Jamie. She's a beaut and when you get the planking on and finished, going to be a true show piece!

Hi and thanks for the comments
Today I got the top sub decking glued down. Tomorrow I will sand and mark out for planking, looks like 70mm planks with 3mm spacing with a 6 inch king plank will work well for me. Need to do a proper mark up to be sure. Any suggestions or does this sound ok?
Still not sure if I am going to run king plank straight through or rounded in the corners???

Jamie
