veneer is rouged in and a bit of trim and sanding in ahead.................. the maple will be kept natural and the black cherry will get the interlux brown mahogany stain

The black cherry was stained interlux mahogany brown and the maple was kept natural. In a few days its time for CPES and then epoxy........... I am very happy with the decking!!! I have the floor boards cut, its time to put a quarter round on the edges and seal them with CPES...... The end is near...............

Great building job. I have just begun construction on the Desperado and I've got a couple of beginner questions.

About how much did the hull weigh when it was ready to be turned over and put on the trailer?

Did you turn it over by hand or some sort of lift?

Your pictures have been a great help and inspiration. Thanks.

Congratulations on the build. I must say I like the decking, although I am a bit prejudiced. :D ( I used maple and mahogany, however.)
