Right now the pieces are spread out through the garage, getting painted. When they are all glued in I post some pics.

Here are some updated pics. I finished the floor framing except for a few boards that need to be painted, the shaft, rudder, and prop are in but not tightened and I'm installing the gas tanks today.

Thanks Bill, Billy, Bryan for the kind words. Ken I don't think what I have really qualifies as a Carolina flare, it's more of a amateur trying to make a flare like the Carolina builders make :lol: Here are some pics of my attempt.

Yeah I raised it 4" amidship and 6" at the bow. I'm hoping it sits in the water with a proud bow

I can't wait to see the full side profile view of the sheer line,
that flair in the bow makes for a great blue water boat.
