My stringers arrived today (yeehah !!) :D

But on studying the plans there is a descrepancy. Plan sheet 4 ( which I think is correct) shows the forward end of the stringer being tapered between station 6 & 7.

Plan sheet 3 shows the taper beginning at station 5.

Plan sheet 4 has dimensions for the taper, so I believe this to be the correct represention, but some confirmation would be comforting.

Stringers taper between frame 6 and 7 as per sheet 4 of 4. The pads where the floor timbers of frames 6 and 7 sit are parallel to the stringer. Leave some excess at the transom end until you have the position of the transom sorted.
