Hi, I'm not building anything :(
I've bought the plans for the Zip, but I'm in going too school at the moment so there is no money for building a boat at the moment.
But I will start when I finish school ;) It's just 2 years, so I finish June 2015

Never thought that I would be going to school at the age of 34 :P

My build, hopefully a tribute in remembrance of my grandfather Jon.

Had a couple of good days on the riviera made a few mistakes as well, only two more cover boards to go on ,and a couple of deck planks and the bow will be done. and I am learning a lot about using epoxy in hot weather..

Looking good ,will you get it to the gathering?
I had trouble with gassing in the hot weather , helps if you do the epoxy as the sun goes down, then you get all the bugs stuck in it

Peter yes ,I am still aiming for the gathering ,the riviera is not real pretty at the moment epoxy runs down the outside drips inside into
saw dust , I will try to get it cleaned up before the gathering. I try to do the epoxying in the morning while it is still cool, never works out that way..
