That's called a boat in the raw. Now, all you have to do is remove the not boat.

It's easier to do it now.....less drips, and easier access.

Looking good!!! If you do barrier coat them before assembly, remember to rough up the areas for the glue joint, unless you glue them up within a day or so.

Whoa! That Barn is just too big and too clean and too well organized, and maybe too well equipped.
Better move the boat out in the yard where it can be born n' bred in it's lifetime circumstance! :P

Looking back now, I wish that I'd have built a Cuddy when I was so active in Puget Sound and then taken it to Alaska with me.
It's an 'all around' good fishing boat for dang near any water.

How many nights I spend under a tarp out on the water, when for a few Bucks more I could a had that little Cuddy for comfort n warmth. Heat it with a Candle, that little Cuddy.

Good choice buddy.

OK How close is close enough. dont know if Im a butcher or a perfectionist. started off giving myself a plus or minus 1/32. Well had to revise that tolerance  .so got all frames, stem, breasthook and transom lined up,squared, and plum. checking every way i know how looks like Im 1/8 to 3/16 out over the whole 24 feet. Is this close enough?

Looks and sounds good to me....weather will change that tolerance that much.

yep every thing looked good till I warmed up the shop. then it went all over the place. weather stinks in ohio this time of year. 50 degrees one day and 20 something the next. heat with wood and is hard to regulate.

Im cutting in th chine log. It is a 1'' x 2 1/2'' member. It looks like I am going to be fairing about 50% of it away in the bow area. does this seem normal?

I know on my Zip the part of the chine that gets faired for the bottom planks gets faired quite a bit.
