Thanks Pete; I'm glad to hear they worked out
We received some good news last week..We've finally secured a suitable berth in Alameda after (only) 2 years wait... they will try to sublet the space until September so we've got a deadline to meet. It's going to be a full court press to get ready for the launch by fall! We're letting go of the waiting list spot for San Francisco since the next guy in line signed up in 2001...
I'm attaching a few more systems update pics for the weekend:
The two cabins will have separate self contained 6K BTU A/C units. The attached pic is of the main cabin unit which is mounted in the dead space behind the starboard hanging locker. Through hull, strainer and both circulation pumps are mounted below.
The fresh water pressure pump is mounted next to the main water tank along with the strainer and boost pump for the watermaker. Pump is a little noisy and right under the main berth but have a small pressure accumulator so you can get a couple of toilet flushes at night without waking up the whole boat

.
Have started laying out the shower stall plumbing. There will be a recirculating pump to allow a more leisurely shower (after the initial suds and rinse) without draining the tank. I've posted the plumbing schematic on the wall so I don't get confused!
One more post to follow...
