PB Blaster is pretty good, but if you want a miracle, you need to make your own. A 50/50 mix of acetone (available at auto parts stores) and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) works wonders. As a car guy in the rust belt, this stuff has saved my sanity more times than I can count.

Harbor Freight used to sell a refillable spray can, but I can't seem to find it there anymore. If you do mix it up in refillable spray bottle, you need to shake it up before use, as it separates fairly quickly.

I have acetone & ATF on the shelf. I'll mix some up & see what happens. So far, I'm nowhere. That includes heating it with a torch.

At this point, I'll try anything!
