Had to cut away engine hatch framing to squeeze the 6.0L in there. In hindsight if I would have thought through the angles and designs earlier I would have been able to sit it down further to the keel but it works. I found it hard at the stage of drilling the shaft hole to look so far ahead to the exact engine/transmission I would be buying to know where the ideal position would be for the strut and shaft hole...I didn't decide on the engine/transmission until about 2 years after I drilled the prop shaft hole. But if you can decide early, you may be able to better maximize the space in your engine box
