Jimbo in alumnium

Postby Skimmer » Wed Apr 05, 2017 1:20 am

Some years ago I purchased the plans for the Jimbo, life got in the way and I now would like to start the project. However having moved house a few times in between, I am sure I am missing something. I still have the plans and the building notes but I am sure that the details for the building form or jig are missing.
How do I make sure that (1) there is such a drawing or description and, (2) if so what is required to get a copy.
Thanks in advance.
Dave Ludick.

Dave; Usually the building form is on a sheet of the plans.

You should find that the drawings are numbered as part of a set - i.e. "1 of 6", "2 of 6" etc. So in this case you know you should have 6 plan sheets. In my case the build form is on sheet 6 of 6 but this may vary from boat to boat. But you should be able to tell whether you have one missing.

Also you can check with Gayle at Glen L. She will be able to tell you what might be missing and how to get replacements.
