Single engine Sea Angler (wing motor)

Postby rblevens » Fri Aug 11, 2017 7:07 am

I am interested in putting a single engine in the "Sea Angler."
Do you think I should consider a wing engine?

I am not really building this to be a sport fisher- but more of a occasional dive boat- plus a boat my wife and I could run around the Bahamas in... stay overnight in it and save hotel costs...

The weight savings would be nice... comments?

Please- what do you think? Single engine or?

Rather than using a twin screw design and fitting single screw, just start with a single engine design,,,,,,,,Lobster boat,,,,
Look how Hinckley has taken the lobster design and finished it out
Oak is over rated, everything about it takes extra time; then it warps, splits or checks !!!
