Bob I think 14 is fine. You can always carry a Jerry can if you think you'll be making a longer trip.

2 or 4 stroke 90hp? I don’t think we can talk about fuel tank capacity until we know what we’re dealing with. My 2 stroke 90hp Yamaha will suck down 8 gallons at high cruise power settings. 4 strokes sip fuel. Simon Ford and I were comparing notes at the gathering on our fuel burn to Chattanooga and back. His 60hp 4 stroke burned half what I did.
My 15 gallon tank is too small, 20 would be better.
