Ski king engine

Has anyone put a 4.3 gm in a ski king thinking about doing this wondering how well it fit and what had to be moved thanks.

Dwain has a 283 in his, I never heard him speak of any issues.
He always told how easy a build it was.
Oak is over rated, everything about it takes extra time; then it warps, splits or checks !!! :roll:

Ya I read that but it sounds like that was a flywheel forward and he moved the frames around to accomidate it. I don't have a engine and tranny yet and was wondering if I needed to move frames before I cut stringers if I cand just get a steeper strut angle or what.

In my ski boat (link below) it's sorta like a ski king but it's a fiberglass hull. It has a 327 and a velvet drive but the flywheel is in the front as well.
