Love the video Fergal and it is always nice when there is a song that just goes with the boat. I was in high school when George Harrison released that song. Boy am I old.

Hi I just watched your You tube video . Great looking boat and looks fast too.
Great job. No boating going here in Ohio every thing is still frozen, but getting warmer.

Fergal,

The boat look wonderful and I hope you are really enjoying it!

I have a couple of questions about your build. At one point you removed some previously laid glass and epoxy. Maybe I missed it, but why did you end up having to do that? Also, the bill of materials lists 48 bolts for motor stringer to frame reinforcement blocks, but I don't see these blocks in your build. Why did you opt to leave them out?

I got some cloudy patches in the fiberglass that I was not happy with, as I'm working outside it's very hard to control the weather :D that was with 205 hardener the second time I did it with 207 and covered it with peel ply and that kept the dampness out.
For reinforcement I glassed in wooden blocks under the frames you can see them here.
