Last weekend I waxed and waxed the bottom and top of my Tuffy and added the fin. I hope to see 38-39mph with it. Also I will post some pictures of it and Andrew N's TNT which is beautiful by the way; action and stills.

It is funny. It rides faster with two people than one.

Actually I can't Youtube it, more because my camera doesn't film video. I have a SLR camera. I just got a 50-200mm zoom lens which will help me out a bit more for action shots than my current 18-55mm. Unfortunately I don't have a tri/bi-pod so I'll have to get low and stable for Andrew's action pictures. As well as some stills will be thrown in there as well. Most likely be posting them on a Photobucket account.

Our lake tends to get a little foggy in the early (5am-6am) after a rainfall or humid day. So, I would like to launch his boat then, sit in my tin can tiller, follow him, go to a few high spots and rocks so I can get a good stance, attach the 200mm lens and go nuts.

I would like to get a helicopter shot with out the expense of a helicopter. We've got this twenty plus foot "cliff" that everyone has jumped off (I in which fell off), so I will be trekking up for some adventurous fun.

I am so glad I have invested money, effort and time into this because with out it I wouldn't have gotten a closer relationship to my family and met a new friend who DOESN'T mind talking about boats!

That is certainly possible. Your boat happens to be better trimmed / balanced with the weight of another rider in the right location. That suggests to me that with a little more experimenting with motor tilt angle you can probably improve your performance with just you in the boat (or perhaps trim tabs?). Then again, if you expect to do most of your boating with a passenger, perhaps the boat is perfect the way it is.

Well considering I have a 60lbs piece of stainless steel on it and a 4 stroke that is the way it is. But, this just in, I have decided to sell my 4 stroke or keep it for a fishing project, and buy either a Tohatsu 50 15" TLDI or a Classic Mercury 966cc 50 2 stroke. Which both weigh under 210 pounds and with the Tohatsu w/ the 15" mid section length I won't need my piece of stainless so over all I will go a lot faster.
