3D TNT

Postby mcjambon » Tue Oct 27, 2015 9:35 am

Hi,

Has anybody created the TNT using 3D software. I use Catia. If yes, would you share? I bought the plans about 10 yrs ago and finally want to start working on it.

I did not know what Catia is so I googled it.

 I still don't know what it is.
Isn't it amazing!! The person that never has the fortitude to pursue his own dreams, will be the first to try and discourage you from pursuing yours.

Catia is a hideously expensive, and not very intuitive, but hugely powerful piece of CAD software used by most of the world's automotive & aerospace companies.

I've done about 12k hours on Catia - hate it! Hard to believe it was created by the same company as Solidworks!

I've done some "loose" models of Zip & Overniter in Autodesk Inventor but not TNT (see Barrel Zip & Super-Overniter threads). I will be modelling the Zip up properly when I get my plans.
