Engine for Dyno Jet?

Does anyone have an opinion on using the Rotax 900 ACE engine (60 hp, 4 cycle) out of a Sea Doo Spark in a Dyno Jet?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Twier.
I didn't delve too far into the Spark powertrain when I set the specs for my TNT, but from what I gathered during my research, I think it would work great for a Dynojet build.
Light weight and being a shorter setup lengthwise (depending on how the drive is set up), the Spark powertrain should lend itself well in a stich-n-glue setup, which doesn't offer the ability to stretch the hull.
Being a very efficient and, from what I've read, a very reliable engine are definitely nice bonuses.
A very big thumbs up from me. I'd love to see how a package like this would perform!
Thanks
Dave

Thanks for the reply Dave. I think the next step is to go look at one and measure the drive train to make sure it will fit.

Hi Charlie,
Your Dynojet looks great! Nicely done!!
Did you have a powertrain already picked out for it yet?
Thanks!
