Your Dyno jet looks great! I have a build thread on here about the one I started but life got in the way and I still haven't finished. Hurricane Michael pretty much put me out of the boat building hobby as the winds blew down the barn were I was working on it. The boat wasn't harmed but it's definitely on the back burner.
Now that I know you're building one, I will follow this thread closely. I'm looking forward to seeing you get it done!

Sorry to hear about your storm damage! I found your thread you where far along to put it on the back burner mine is like an addiction I gotta just keep going! What where you planing for a engine? I used part of the ski hull in mine just made mother mounts easy. I had to change the pitch of the ski hull a few degrees I'll send some pics maybe we can JumpStart your build!

I'm using an old Tigershark 640 as the donor ski. The engine was made by Suzuki and the one in my ski was toasted. I've got a new used one, in fact, I have all the parts to finish it, just other properties right now.
Your build looks great, keep the pics coming! You never know, I might jump back on it.
Too bad our helpers can't pick up a sanding block!

My helper doesn't sand she just sleeps! She lost her hearing so now the power tools don't bother her! I went with a polaris 750 triple Donner the price was right just did the top end so it should be good to go . got a few more planks cut and fit tonight pics soon :)

That looks great, I just picked up my jet ski a few months ago for the Squirt I'm building. I got the ski for free so I didn't bother even looking at it till I got it home. I cleaned the carbs put a new battery in it and it fired right up. Display said it only has 79 hours on it! This is a Polaris SLTX 1050 90s model, it might be too big for my boat but I plan on extending the length and adding a dove tail on the back deck like the torpedo. My plan is to do exactly what your doing and use as much of the bottom of the ski hull as I can.

Hello Shane b that's sounds like plenty of engine for a squirt!! I thought I over did it! On The jet ski hull piece I used the fee angle wasn't perfect so I sliced the motor mount portion most of the way through and changed it then filled it solid with epoxy! Lot of work but it cut down on fairing. Send pics I gotta see this! :D

Awesome work guys glad to hear other people are using Polaris powered motors. I started a topic on my build, a Bullet powered by a Polaris 1200 but that’s as far as I have made it. Life has kept me busy with our second child, work and all my other projects I have. Keep up the good work and hopefully I will get mine built one day.
