I am thinking of building a bullit 12 ft boat and I am wanting to put a seedoo motor in the back and I was wondering if I got the specs on the motor Depth/length/ weght if icould have someone alter the plans before I start. Also what would be the largest size motor that I could use?

Look at the DynoJet - close to the size you are after and already spec'ed for a jetski engine....
