Bill,

I can run up there and check on anything for the group. I live about an hour or so from the place and can do it on Friday or Saturday.

Let me know.

David

That would be a great help. A round trip for me really puts a hole in a day.

If we're partying, I have several batches of home brewed wine. Last year's was a bit green but this year it has aged a whole year - Much smoother.

Let me know if there is any interest:

All wines:
Muscadine
Banana
Strawberry
Pear
Orange
Spiced Apple
Mixed Fruit
Honeydew Melon
Blueberry
Apricot
and Georgia Peach if there's any left by then (tis very good).

Maybe I'll just bring it all and take home whats left over.

If your home brewed wine is as good as your home made boats, sign me up for a couple cases.

[quote="ttownshaw"]Pony up people...I'm thinking we need some sides (salad, vegies, fruit...) and some "other" beverages. If I've missed anyone/anything on the list it was not intentional! Please copy/paste and add in your contribution or post it. I'll try to reread everthing and see if I can spot stuff I've missed.

My wife and i would like to bring fixin's for "loaded nachoes and cheese" as long as there is electricity for the crockpot. (this could function as a side dish for saturdays lunch along through the afternoon.

also let me know to whom i need to contribute for a keg.

There is power at the pavilion. David Barrett is going by NJ today for quick survey of set up options.

OK :!:
We're down to the last MONTH. My gut feeling is that we are short on Breakfast and sides on Saturday night.

We need some teams for breakfast. It takes at least 3 teams to cover the demand. Bacon and sausage, pancakes and eggs.

Jump in folks!

What's a Team bill?
I can stir things up, and bring some stuff. What I cook looks more like old Road Kill than edible.

I'll bring waffle bakers to make 4 at a time, waffle batter, and 2 cases (264 patties) of Jimmy Dean Sausage. I just don't have a grill to cook the sausage on. Will that help?

Dave Grason and I are doing omelets on Saturday morning for breakfast. I am bringing 5 dozen eggs, 4 loaves of bread, and 3 lbs of butter. Dave was bringing ham and cheese and other omelet fixings and I think he was trying to arrange for a gas camp stove to cook them on. This should be enough for about 30 people. Chime in on this, Dave.

I had you in! :) Thank You! Experience says that breakfast is a big effort. It can't be done ahead of time.

I can make Stew or Chowder right now. But, I can't make eggs now and bring them.

I have a cast iron griddle in the oven right now seasoning. I'll leave my stove out to heat it. We're not morning people. But, it will be another cooking surface.

Normally the "Saturday" and "Sunday" breakfast crews share gear. I'm sure Paul (Hot Rod) will bring a camp stove or two... I'll bring some electric griddles and a "bag full" of dollar store spoons, whisks, spatulas, tongs, etc.... I think I still have the stuff from last year, if I can find it.

If anyone else can throw in an electric griddle, it would be appreciated.
