This one hecky-darn batch of B'stew. I'm out of room to do chowder prep. It looks like doing it all on site. I've got the Iron Chef on TV now! To get the idea of working under pressure.

You first timers, I think, will be amazed at just how muh everyone just adjust on the spot as conditions change. Everything will work out! (Well, i hope! )

Bill, get rid of that damn greek sailors cap and put an inverted five gallon bucket on that head of yours and you will be just fine.  :P

I actually think that the combined group needs to retire that hat and give sveral of you guys of these, maybe gold plated too for your continued work over the years. .

Ok, guys, I messed up big time. Work was unbelievably hectic these past two days and I left the office this afternoon in a rush. I forgot to bring the tables I committed on. So I won't have two 6 ft folding tables. Does anyone have something to fill the void?

I can bring some tables as long as they dont have to be good lookin. Our mechanics used them for awhile before I rescued them.

My wife is also making a batch of potato salad for me to bring. She thinks we are a little heavy on meat. I've tried to explain that meat is good!

I'm bringing a 6' table and 6 chairs and some kind of a dish...my wife hasn't told me what she's making yet. I'm sure it will be good, always is.

I told my wife we needed a three-car garage for my projects...she told me to ask her for permission next time before I buy a house.
