Does the gathering group have the cabins? Was planning attending next year. Sounds like a great time.

some of the cabins are reserved for attendees of the Gathering but unfortunately it sounds like the rest are reserved for another event so different solutions are now being looked into such as moving the weekend or moving the event. There will be more info posted as things develop

INteresting: I thought the "rule" was that the cabins could only be reserved a year in advance, and since you guys were right there I am surprised anyone was able to scoop them before you! :?

Ya I read that in another post as well so its interesting that the wedding party (I think that is what the other event it) where able to do it.
