Just picked up a partially started Dinky. I would love to see photos of anyone's finished Dinky especially detailed ones! I have lots of construction and woodworking experience and a newly finished shop/garage so I'm anxious to get started!!!

Welcome, congrats on your new found project.

Have you seen the few that are in the customer photos section of this site? http://boatbuilders.glen-l.com/dinky-design/

Enjoy and keep us updated.

Nice to hear another Canuck is working on a boat. I'm further west and building the Malahini. Its a fun process, enjoy!

Thanks. First time I'm working from plans like these for a project. I'm trying to avoid starting too soon by reading the plans a few(dozen) times first so I can avoid any rookie mistakes!

I did the same thing, reading everything I could find first and browsing the Glen-L archives like a madman!

The process is very much a learn as you go, you build it a few times in your mind before you actually get it done!

A few times  I would be rich if I had the money for ever time I have built the boat in my mind. And allot of times its about parts I am years away from installing
