Gidday all Aussie & NZ Glen-l builders

Post by Tim Major » Mon Feb 07, 2011 4:05 am

First up, a big welcome to all new Aussie Glen-l builders.

Regular Forum visitors may have noticed that I am compiling a list of Australian and New Zealand Glen-L builders.
I am contacting Forum contributers through the PM facility and working through information available from both the Project Registry and Customer photos pages on this web-site. Fellow Aussie builders are also contributing information on other builders that they know or have heard of, it's comming together slowly and the object of the excersize is, ultimately, an Aussie Gathering.
In the mean time this list may help Glen-l builders, living on this glorious side of the globe, to be in contact with each other........ if they wish.

So, if you are an Aussie or Kiwi Glen-l builder and you are happy to be added to the Down-under list then PM me your contact details - e-mail/phone, suburb/state, boat design/build status.

Tim

You might get a map and spot in peoples' location. From that you might get an idea of a location to draw the most builders. That was our approach. We never dreamed how far people would come. We even had an Aussie last year!

Hi Tim,

I've dropped a message on another random feed but this looks like the place to do it. I'd love to be added to the list of Aussie (pre-)builders, email paul_copestake@hotmail.com

Look forward to getting an idea of how other folk have fared over here.

I am a pom, but if I agree not to mention the words 'silver' or 'olympics' I hope I'll be welcomed!

Cheers,

Paul
