Well, after a year off, I'm actually back to building the Scooter. I covered all framing with poxy-shield. I covered all bottom with 3/8 Marine grade fir. I have a lot of sanding and filling and sanding to do, then I look forward to coating hull & fiberglass.

Aha, another central Texas builder. Glad to hear it. The boat is looking great so far. Maybe we'll run into one another on a lake some day. (Jeez, what am I saying. I don't mean run into one another literally :wink:

Hi pschobilly,
I'll get the rest of pics loaded in a while. Its finished, in the water, and runs good, and shallow. I havn't tried sliding around any corners yet, but that to will come...
