Hi everyone,

I'm graduating this year as a carpenter and my latest project is to make a boat in my school!
Few of my teachers have experience in boat building so they are giving me few tips along the way.
So, I've planned to build tunnel hull boat using CNC machining , kind of making it like a kit to build, or that's what my teacher was hoping for! All the tips and hints from You too are very well needed and accepted. :)

welcome aboard!

My only tip would be to start with a set of plans, there's a lot more to a boat than just making it look good, especially when you get into complex hulls like a tunnel. You'll be much happier with the end result if you use proven plans to get there

Welcome to the board.

There might be better suited plans around somewhere if you think you have to change the ones you have. Also another board for technical questions (outside Glen-L plans) would be boatdesign.net, give their 'search'-tool a try.

Btw, where are you in Finland?
