I like captains varnish, seems easiest to apply, you should have good results.

Prep sanding the last few pieces of interior that need a smooth surface (visible parts only) my plan is to encapsulate these parts one last time to ensure a good surface for my interior clear coat (U.V. protection) good weather this weekend means I'm pushing to finish all the interior epoxy work Saturday and Sunday. 8)

First coat of captains varnish on half of the floor planks, i prep sanded with 220 grit (by hand) then rolled and tipped the varnish, this is my first attempt at varish and i am pretty pleased with the results, in the end i will have two coats of epoxy and three coats of varnish on all interior bright work. 8)

Second coat of captains varnish on, i sanded the first coat with 220 and followed up with red "scotch brite" to take any shiny spots away, rolled and tipped, better gloss yet, one more to go.

No shoes in THAT boat!

No substitute for good prep. I guess.

Three coats of varnish on the rear floor planks (floor complete) as well as the carlings and dash, now onto exposed frame sections and arm rests, getting close to decking.
