I worked 3 years in Olongapo/ Cubi/ Subic.
Hardwoods are easy enough to get, what about your plywood? Can you source that over there?

Can you get the old school powdered Plastic Resin glue?
Im thinking that may be your easiest glue to obtain in P.I.

How heavy is that woven roven 200?
Most of us use 6 oz. cloth.
Are we talking about the same thing?
