Hi everyone,

I am about to start my first build. Waiting for my Zip plans to arrive. Nice to see so many active members. Looking forward a new adventure.

Jim

Welcome. I know it's a pretty long drive. But, you should come to the Gathering in 2 weeks. There will be several Zips to look at and lots of builders to talk to.

Welcome!

I have plans for the Zip too (I won't say I'm building it 'til I actually get started! ) Check out Josh's Building the Zip series on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQjS46Ur3sk - joshuab on this forum.

Planning a whole fleet, but starting with a Zip...I think.

Welcome!

Plenty of Zip builders around here. It's easily the most popular design as it looks perfect and fits in a standard garage.
My Zip has been on the water for three seasons now, and I've learned as much using it as I did building it.
Happy to help any way I can.

Perhaps the slowest Zip build in Glen-L history...
