New Member from Jakarta Indonesia

Postby AndrewS » Thu Oct 13, 2016 6:55 pm

Greetings Gentlemen (and Ladies if any are Members),
I join this form with pleasure. My name is Andrew. I have embarked upon the construction of the Jackknife / Celebrity 14'6" Mini Cruiser Outboard. I will be constructing the frame from teak found in East Java. The work will be done in my very small front yard in Mega Kuningan, which is at the center of Jakarta. I am very excited. I just ordered teak, and I am now stenciling the plywood cut-outs.
I look forward to meeting you all.
Sincerely,
AndrewS

Andrew

Welcome! What many of us would do to be able to use Teak. It's just too expensive here.

WOW!! I think it's GREAT that someone all the way from Jakarta has found our forum and decided to become a member. Please take photos of your project while you make progress so that we may all see how it's coming along.

Welcome to the forum.
Isn't it amazing!! The person that never has the fortitude to pursue his own dreams, will be the first to try and discourage you from pursuing yours.
