Hello from Missouri

Postby VinceP » Mon Mar 27, 2017 4:39 pm

Greetings,

My name is Vince glad to be here. Not sure what boat I am going to build yet. I would like something for the family to be able to have fun with on the Missouri river and the various lakes we here. We would like the ability to be trailer-able, campout and fish off the boat. I have looked at the True Grit and Coastal Cruiser (they look like the same hull, maybe I am wrong?) and a few more of the cabin cruisers. Any input or sugestions would be greatly appreciated. Mostly I want something I can build with my children that we can enjoy together.

Cheers

Vince

Welcome. We had both boats at the Gathering last year. Both boats are great. But, it's mostly a question of your taste. They both are pretty equal.

You are welcome to come up and see my True Grit and pick my brain. I'm just East of Des Moines IA so only a couple hundred miles from you.
