Hello I am new to this forum as well as to wooden boats. I have inherited a boat that my father built back in the 60's. I had always been told that it came from plans out of Popular Mechanics. It is obviously a Glen L design. I'm hoping you guys can tell me what I have here. Is this a Flying Saucer or is it a Zip? The boat is exactly 12 ft long and 69 inches wide. I'll put up a couple of pictures to see if that helps.

Looking through several pictures and videos on this site really make me want to bring this boat back to life. The boat has not been in the water since 1976 when I tried to get the old Evinrude motor running. After two failed attempts I ran out of money and patience and so it sat in a shed for 40 years. It has never been in the water more than 4 or 5 times.

. Let me know what you think and thank you for any help.
