All done! See! I told you it would be the lightest TNT ever, it weights less than 1lb! :mrgreen:

Just kidding :lol: , this is a balsa wood model I made to go through all the steps before I started cutting expensive lumber...
I learned a lot from going through the build process this way. Especially where the chines and shears meet the stem and breasthook. I couldn't see it in my head until I actually did it...
The model is a 1/6th scale version of a TNT that has been stretched to 12ft. I think my real build will be closer to 11'9". I started a new thread over in small outboards titled 'Ian's TNT build' to follow my full size build.
Also, the action figure was a cheap way to obtain a 1/6 scale model of myself. I am about 6ft tall and this StarLord guy is 1ft tall, so it worked out pretty well for a mock-up.
