Snows mostly gone in Canada but it is not warm enough to epoxy yet. Last year I built this floor section for the head and painted it today. No bugs and no wind so it came out fairly well. This is the lower part of the two part floor. I tried to get as much head room as I could (pun) so the floor has some bends and twists to get it level. The Jabsco fits on top of a second floor behind (pun) this one.

Picture of one of the portlights. I have 4 oval like this one and 2 small round ones up front. The problem here was the lip contacted the coaming/carling and cabin clamp. These are 1" thick and the other is 3/8 plywood so had to build up around the portlight and then route down a 1/2" all round. It will look better when I clean up and varnish. Thats the kitchenette below. The sander is resting on walnut veneer counter top which has to be cleaned and varnished too but I have to work inside the cabin and it gets nasty dusty in there.
