Mast rake for a glenL 14

Post by Levaggik »

i purchased an aluminum mast for my GlenL14. I need to cut a block at the proper angle to rake the mast to 4". I am supposed to level the hull. What part of the boat do I put a level on to confirm the hull is level? The sole, the seats, the centerboard trunk? ??

Im not familiar with the plans. Was there a set up level as you built it called out in the plans? If so i'd use that.

Typically, the top of building form is the level line. If this is the case, reference the point on the frames that sat on the building form.
