One more Zip is floating! Thanks for all the great advice the build could not have went smoother thanks to this site. I did not get great photos this year but I will take more when I finish the bench seats, maybe even some video. The launch was perfect the boat handled beautifully, I was able to reach top speed of 33mph. Here are a few pictures.

Excellent, is that a 40hp on it? Looks great. Where did you get your windshield brackets?

vupilot, it's a 50hp 2 stroke 204 lbs. The windshield brackets were a great local find (kijiji). They were on a old boat and the seller was kind enough to take them off and sell them to me for $150.00, I think this was the best deal I found on the whole project!

I was lucky enough to see Shane's ZIP in person. He did a great job.. perhaps next time I will get to see it on the water Shane? Look me up if you ever need a co-pilot ;)
