as promised some photos of the launch of my malahini 'evelyn grace'

performance from the 15hp mercury outboard was around 12mph not quite full throttle, there may be a bit more there yet. but i did have three adults onboard and i don't think i quite got on the plane due to the weight on board. but i was very happy with this performance and the pick up was quite good for a smallish hp engine. she was nimble and easy to handle and the wife was impressed too.

And another big grin!!! My frozen lakes and not-finished boat are eating away at me.. but I am very happy that you got to see yours on the water. Fast or slow.. it looks great!

Working on it :D
Looks great englishboater. Now join up with these guy's and bring her over if you can, there will be a few more Glen-l builders coming along but there boats are not finished yet and 10 classic boats from the UK, should be a good two weeks. :D
PS. Any other Irish or UK members are more than welcome along to have a look at the boats.

Great looking boat englishboater.
12 mph seems pretty fast to me - I average about 6 and wouldn't have it any other way. Take it slow and enjoy the ride!!!!! :D
