Monaco - Securing the Planking

After all of the layers of planking are finished, page 5 of the Monaco instructions state, “Screw the planking onto the stem, transom, and frames as per Schedule.” Two questions:

1. I cannot find where it is shown how to place the screws for this step.
2. At this point all of the layers are held only by the glue. It seems to me that there should be some sequence of screws placed everywhere or does the glue hold everything except perhaps as required for Question 1.

Thanks.

I screwed my plywood layers to the shear, chine and keel. The last layer of mahogany was braded and glued to the plywood.

So I guess you didn't screw along any of the battens. Correct?

Same here. I screwed on the keel, chine and sheer but not the battens on the sides and bottom.

I did screw down the plywood subdeck though at every intersection of frame and batten
