Congrats - she lives. My ZIP with a '59 Marc Mark35A will hit 30 MPH @ 5,600 RPM, with a 3 blade, 10" dia., 10" pitch prop, so I'm sure in better conditions you should easily be in the low 30's, close to mid 30's. and a 13" pitch should be close if not right on, only RPM and MPH readings will tune the prop.
You are a trooper to slog it out in that weather! Good news is now you know she can handle the rough stuff, the rest will be a piece of cake.
