With this warmer weather, I was wondering when you would be showing off your sexy legs in those flowery shorts.  There is no need to contact CPS. The triplets are currently enrolled in daycare, where they are being taught good manners before I set them free. The daycare has an opening BTW.  I bet Linda would like to have their contact information. :P You know I'm staying busy with the Pug and my new adopted TNT. Plus I just recieved my Gator plans. :D
How about your build? :P

Well my belly is sagging a bit and there is flab dangling a bit more from the armpits.  :P But all in all I arose on all fours this morning. Mighty thoughtfull of you to ask too. 8) As far as my boat build, oh thats right, let me just say that it will float and mamma would not get her tailbone wet either. For sure it would not throw her or even me out either. :P But anyway I will give you a pass for now, especially since I have learned that you will also be taking in some orphan off the street too to help you with your backlog. So we will be expecting progress reports in the next week or two right?

Man we are all falling apart~~~~

Went to the dentist the other day, he checked my Blood Pressure and said I should see a Doc. I asked him what he was doing checking my BP...he said it is just what they do. I was at 190/122. He asked me what I had for breakfast, and I told him Mountain Dew and Reeses peanut butter cups just like every other day. He asked about lunch and I told him it was the same. But I eat a real meal for dinner. Well, haven't had ...ok I had one yesterday, but other than that I haven't had a Mountain Dew in a month. And NO re...well other than yesterday, no reeses either. I take some small white pilly thing ever night and my BP has dropped precipitously to 150/95. I don't feel a damn bit different, just a little lighter in the wallet area!!!! :? :? :?

I must need a new wife, this one must be stressing me out somehow. I know it isn't cuz I am screwing up the chines of my boat build!

Steve

Wait...maybe my BP is high cuz I am NOT building a boat right now!!! :? :?

Chip, take care of yourself, that is serious stuff!!! (I wanna be dead at 57 so I am headed in the right direction! :o )

(what is that saying: "IF you wanna make God laugh, tell Him your plans!"

thanks Jeff, I wasn't going to burden the forum with my troubles, but considering I opened the door  I figured I owe the forum the whole story. it all started 3 weeks ago when I had an episode with my left arm and both legs, after spending 6 hours in the ER which included a c-scan, an ekg, x-rays and blood work, i was cleared to go home. it wasn't until a few days later that my country Doc saw my c-scan results that I was told that I had had a mild stroke  he ordered more blood work and a sonogram of my neck, which at first they thought showed a blockage on my right side of my neck :( I saw a specialist Thursday And he recommended a carotid angiogram which was done yesterday morning and thankfully they found no blockage :D now it is prevent defense time using medication and more tests( MRI,echocardiogram and more sonograms) time will tell I told them not to be surprised If they found a small boat with the MRI

8) take it from somebody who knows this can be bad I take 9 pills every day for my heart and lost count of how many heart attacks I have had the last being the worst, after the doc's going in and placing the 4 stint in my heart in Sept I am still having a lost of energy but it is slowly returning take care of your self. And good luck, I was told of my heart problems over ten years ago and I am still kicking. Or is it that i am just to mean to kick the bucket yet  I am only 58 years old

Well it looks like I will soon be back to work on the tri-toon. I have been waiting until I found a trailer to finish her. No excuses now. :D

While she isn't the prettiest thing, I think she will clean up nice. The only thing I have discovered so far is that the trailer is set up for a six foot wide pontoon. I want mine to be at least seven feet wide.

Guys,
I know I have another thread here about my choice of wood for this project. I stated before I'm new to forums, so if I'm doing anything wrong please inform me. ( If you have to school me that will be OK, I can take it ) :D
Here we go. I need ideas, suggestions, help, etc, on building the transom, I mean transoms on my Huck Finn. The plans call for a 6 degree angle on the bottom and sides. I plan on attaching the framing members to the plywood before making the angle. The bottom has two laminates and the outer one is notched for the chine. My problem is limited power tools. No table saw or band saw.
I'm going to try and post a picture of the plans.
Happy Thanksgiving, Chip

Hey Chip, this is about where I'm at right now. I really appreciate your detailed thread. It has been both informative and inspirational.

Hey chip, i was looking over your posts and it looks like you attached the transom side frames over size and cut the transom and the frames together. And for the bottom frames you attached them to the transom temporarily, made the beveled cut, and then attached them permanently. Do i read you correctly? Still not too cold here to go in the shop so i'm still plugging away. Thanks, jeff
