Hi all

I am new to the forum, so go easy on me!

Is there any obvious problem with building the zip from Teak hardwood for the framing, etc.

the reason for using teak is simple, i have some!

thanks in advance.

P :D

I would not waste teak on framing! Give it to me! Way to expensive to loose.

Second, teak is very oily and there can be issues with glue-up.

I would use the teak for trim or deck, and use something else for frames
