I'll sing, too. But, only after we're 1/2 way through the keg of Bud Lite.

Okay is there room for me? I am planning on coming down to and wanted to bring my wife but since her mother is house bound here she might not be able to come with me.

Question is can the boats be left at the park okay as more than likely I will book a hotel room in town?? I don't know which boat I will bring but will be either the Super Spartan or the Super Duper Spartan.

I don't like Bud beer of any kind, makes me sick for some reason so I will bring some Miller Light if that is okay.

Sure will be nice to meet up with the gang and have a good time.

Of course! You're welcome!

Look back at the list! You're on it!

The boat can be left with the group at the lake cabins. It's pretty quite there, and out of the public traffic.

Bill we are 99% in at this time. As I stated earlier, my wife's work related hours are not etched in stone this far out with patient care. But we are attempting to plan toward some form of time off. If we bring a boat, it will not be anything remotely close to a Glen-L. But we just enjoy the fellowship of passionate and obsessive boat junky gatherings.

That time of year yields the crabs somewhat dormant. But for sure, if I come, the bill of fare will include fresh Oysters. This will also depend on how much or how little rain that we have the week before, since guvment dictates the taking of the shellfish. At the worse, clams can be had almost year round. All of this also requires the right tastebuds for most folks. So when we get closer I certainly will take a better count from you dirtdobbers and landlubbers, or "OFFS" as we call you guys locally.
I would hate to have stale shellfish to carry on, or to transplant the leftovers in the local waters. Cause I ain't hauling anything back.

Oyster

I know about shellfish availability. Other options sound great, too.

Gary,

What about some Hot dogs/Bratwurst's/Italian Sausage for during the day, Saturday?

My wife, was moaning about the women not wanting to cook. What about a cater? I said, no one asked you to cook.

It's official, the boss just gave the final OK.

WE'RE IN!

My lovely wife, Melanie, and I will be getting there some time Friday evening. We're very much looking forward to meeting you all and seeing firsthand some of the beautiful boats you've created.

Having been there before, we're familiar with the Guntersville layout. We'd like to stay wherever the party's at. Cabins are fine, chalets are fine, campground is fine, lodge is okay. Where is party central? Let me know so that I can book the appropriate lodging.

I'll be bringing gumbo, boudin, and beer.

Look forward to seeing you all.

Jeff
