This sounds like there is enough Chili Chefs to do a 'Chili Cook-off' for Sat.

I guess I'll move my chili cooking to Saturday and do the wings on Friday night

Plan to move Wings to Friday. Thanks.

I'll move my BBQ, too. I'll lower the volume a little. I want to have some of Ken's "Low Country Boil". I may do something for Saturday night for anybody who doesn't care for Chili. (Although, I think they're really sick in the head.) :roll:

The nice thing about doing Chili is that it can be made in advance. So, you can spend more time on the water or just with the boats.

Wings on Friday great !I will grill some also mine are not damm near world class but they will be spicy! Bring your own icecream.We will have chili Saturday night And coffey Saturday and Sunday morning.Bill what do you think wings will be the easy way to to go not much prep ,cook prety quick.This will save a lot of work and be damm good.This will give us all more time to injoy our boats and fellowship.

More time on the water now your talhing we should all load up in the boats and go to a waterfront spot for lunch, nothing cooler than a bunch of unique boats all docking at one place.

Last year, Steve had to leave early to start cooking. I know he loves doing it. But, it has its cost!
