Also, this is a family event,we will have two kids(well one is 25,the other is 14),

so we try not to get too rowdy, adult oriented, but don't want loose wild Indians running around either.

Kids in the past 2 events have been under control and very welcome,we do have to pass the torch to someone!

Dave

The Gathering itself is free. We do pass the hat for common expenses. The food is all done by the builders. Most activities are at the Lake Cabins. Saturday we move to the Beach Pavilion area for the public.

More info is on the left under the Gathering.

Steve, I truly hate that you can't be there. I'll be thinking about you. ....for all of 20 seconds.

Gayle Brantuk wrote:About the food on Saturday--does someone have a table or two we could use to set the food on around noonish? That would be wonderful! We are having it catered by James' Bar-B-Q.
I also have a big cafeteria type table. It's really old and beat up but it works really well. I'll try and find a cover for it so that it looks nice.

Let's try and not burn anything that's more than $3 per bd ft. :D

The hotter the better, BBQ and Brunswick Stew with hush puppies, my second favorite combination. The stew that I like will bring large sweat beads across the forehead.
