Sherry and I can bring:
Chocolate cake
Pasta Salad
Tortilla rollups
Homemade Granola (for breakfast )

Would there be any interest in Red beans and rice instead of the pasta salad?
Just give me some input on who, if any, would care for this and what night it would be wanted. I think Bill said we could iron out what night things would be needed.

Let's see how Ken's truck problem works out. What night would be better for you?

Either night would work for us. We'll see how Ken's problem works out. Need to be sure we have some bowls.

We made Chilli today! Thursday they work on my shoulder. I don't know how I'll feel at the Gathering. But, I have food Friday night. This is not my biggest batch. It will feed more than us for sure.

If there is anything in particular you need me to bring, let me know. Otherwise, I'll come up with something to contribute to the meals.

Thanks Kenny! Why don't you plan on a side or two. I'm working on the revisions today.

Okay,

I just revised the list into individual meals. Please review and let me know if I missed anyone/anything. I know there are usually a few people that chime in late so there are still some needs. Please let Bill E or I know what you can do to help.

Some holes with supplies that need to be filled:

Plates
Napkins
Coffee Cups

If you can/want to cook something or help clean up that would be great! Just let us know...only 25 days to go.

Click on page 1 of this thread...the first post. I've just been revising that same post so the info stays in the same place.

Now I know it for sure - with all of this food this has to be a Baptist meeting.

What do Baptists eat?   All laughing aside, it sure is nice when everyone pitches in so we have plenty of everything and not just hungry people. A nice give and take sharing event.
