Official Gathering 6 Dates and Location

Postby DaveLott » Tue Sep 27, 2011 10:30 am

Without much ado, the group believes that the folks at Nickajack did a lot better job this year. Further, there has been continuing efforts to locate another location that provides what Nickajack provides for us.

Therefore, we have decided to go back to Nickajack Lake for the Glen-L Gathering #6 in 2012. The official dates will be Sept 7-9. This is one week earlier due to a number of other commitments that interfere with later in the month. Perhaps we will have warmer weather. Also, this is a week after Labor Day and the traffic should be light from the weekenders.

I will be posting a log of cabins and reservation later today

So please make your reservations and let me know what cabin you are booked in. Already chomping for 2012

Dave,

Thanks for continuing to do such a GREAT job with this! You and all the other Gathering Organizers are the best!

(If only you folks had been around to plan our kids' weddings!)

I think you're already aware that the Brantuk PAR-TAY! is booked in Floating Cabin #4 for G6.

Best,
